Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before January 5, 2024, to meetings@arema.org to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 5, 2024. Transfers may be made by sending an e-mail to meetings@arema.org. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, which could include a member to a non-member registration fee.
